Refund policy.
CANCELLATION
If you require a cancellation, this must be completed within 14 days prior to your event date. We will process your cancellation claim, and reimburse you the full amount (excluding the 50% non-refundable deposit), or you can choose to have store credit if you would prefer, if you meet the requirements. Should a cancellation be submitted after the 14 days prior requirement of the event date, we hold no obligation to refund or reimburse you for any of the costs incurred with the initial order.
REFUND
We do not issue refunds if the product does not fulfill your expectations. This is the risk you take when you rent something.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We always ship via overnight courier, however, NZ post does not give us a 100% guarantee, therefore we are unable to give you a guarantee. Most of our products arrive to our customers overnight. But there is always the chance it may not, which is beyond our control.
It is deemed as it has been delivered if it is attempted for delivery, Item at the depot, and if you tried to arrange for redelivery but does not arrive on time, we do not offer refunds.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Refunds are only applicable when the product arrives damaged or missing parts.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and will be transferred back to your chosen bank account.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 14 Ballyboe Place, Pinehill, AUK, Auckland 0632, New Zealand.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
